Our hotel is perfectly situated with views of Lake Windermere, just a short stroll from the bustling village centre of Bowness-on-Windermere and the boats that travel the length of Windermere, making... Lovely room with view of Lake Windermere. Excellent breakfast. Pub evening meal was great. Second time we have stayed at this hotel and would definitely stay again.

The best Shepard’s Hut we’ve ever stayed in! Absolutely loved the fire pit and wood fire hot tub. Complimentary wood offered during your stay. The hut itself was the perfect size, kitchen and bed nook were super cosy. The bathroom was fantastic too! A lovely view of the rolling hills and farmland and although there is a second Shepard Hut on the property, it didn’t feel like there was anyone else around.

Booked for one night at extremely short notice (huge thanks to Kiran for accommodating us) en route to Scotland, and would happily have stayed longer if time had allowed. The cottage is in an idyllic location and had everything we needed, including a private balcony seating area. Would love to go back with more time to explore the surrounding area.

Came to Windermere for one night for the start of a roadtrip with my partner. This accommodation made our time there really special. Lovely and clean home, with a modern interior impressed us when we walked in. Having the hot tub there was amazing really completed a perfect stay. Bed was super comfortable, I really have nothing bad to say about this stay. Loved every second of it, location was great aswell. Hosts were very easy to contact and were very polite. Would recommend this to anyone staying in Windermere!

Beautiful location, really cute kitchen, spacious bedroom, lovely modern bathroom. Would definitely recommend. Spa isn't on site but only 5 mins drive away. Great pool and sauna.
