I would like to thank the entire W HK team, especially Pauline and Shirley, who made my stay one of the most pleasant experiences in HK. Both ladies went above and beyond to assist my needs and gave me great local recommendations. Housekeeping were incredible and their personalised gestures were warmly received. The location is not directly in the city center but next to the MTR that can easily bring you there or to any other station connected to other parts of Hong Kong. The breakfast was good too. Spa staff was caring.
