All’entrata di ogni palazzo è presente una reception e l’intero complesso ti da la sensazione di essere al sicuro. Mariam è molto disponibile e gentile,ci ha aiutato anche per un piccolo problema di salute. Consigliato!

Best ever decision to stay here. i am a chef and travel for food and i loved the food at the hotel. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff was extraordinary. the chefs and the servers and everyone was like a family in just few hours. it was truly home away from home and everyone was genuine and superb. room was extraordinary and facilities. i left my heart there and miss every moment. i really wish i can go there again and each time ill choose this hotel. their Saturday brunch was also amazing. Room service was quick and food was great. loved every moment.

The hotel is spacious, with a welcoming atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile. The facilities are top-notch, with everything from great breakfast to infinity pool making it perfect for both relaxation and activities. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

The hotel is extremely well run, only 10min walk from Borobudur temple complex. the food was high end, delicious and abundant. Vegetarian and vegan options exist and the staff is well trained in navigating this.

The peace and cleanliness of the hotel was nice to come back to after the busy city. The rooms are well equipped and have a very comfortable large bed. Every staff member was very pleasant and smart with a warm smile. The dining area was very nice with a great selection for all tastes and nationallities. The staff show pride in their work and it really does make a difference. We cannot rate this hotel enough and if we were ever in Jakarta again, would definitely stay here. Keep up the good work!
