Everything is within walking distance. There is a space to park your car if you drive. The hotel is clean and well taken care of. The views from the hotel are stunning. The ferry is right in front of the hotel and all the shops are around. The breakfast is great. The staff is kind and helpful. The hotel and staff are dog friendly. A very comfortable stay!

Conveniently located in Como, Palazzo Mazzini offers an à la carte breakfast and free WiFi. Room was so clean and cozy. It was convenient to get anywhere, and being within walking distance of the station made the location perfect. It was really nice that the room had USB outlets and reading lights by the bed. The salmon panini at breakfast was incredibly delicious.

Totally recommend this place, it exceeded our expectations. Very friendly and helpful owner that explained everything well and suggested activities in the area, was always ready to answer any question and help. the house is gorgeous, nicely decorated, very spacious and comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms and a living room also a garage and a nice garden. Moreover, the view is SPECTACULAR , the photos don't do it justice, in reality it is even better, simply breathtaking. The area is very good and close to everything like a super market and a bus station that enables you to reach the city center or the train station in a couple of minutes. You will not regret booking this place and you will have a great time with your family in this amazing city.

Featuring an open-air bath and views of lake, Villa Lina is a bed and breakfast situated in a historic building in Tremezzo, 1.2 km from Villa Carlotta. We felt like home! Very nice and warm hosts Lina and Alessandro. We had a wedding ceremony and they helped us with everything, were friendly. Very responsive. Breakfast was delicious and was arranged with a magnificent view of Lake Como. The location of the villa is excellent: it was easy to get to. We liked the feeling of privacy in the villa, the silence and the ringing of the bells of the church, which is nearby. There is a lot of greenery and flowers, birds on the territory - all this was very nice. The room was clean and tidy. The design of everything around was pleasing to the eye. I would like to note the work of the maid, who cleaned the room well and was always cheerful and smiling :) We did not want to leave this quiet place at all!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The hotel amenities were very good. The spa & pool was great. And the view from our room was superb. We cannot wait to come back again!
