Dai was an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. He allowed us to drop our bags before check in and kept them for a few hours after check out. We read about his breakfast and asked if there was any availability and he fitted us in on our last morning and it was totally worth it. Can't recommend this place enough!

Ideally located in Yokohama, The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama, open from September 2020, offers lavishly-decorated air-conditioned rooms, a restaurant, free WiFi and a bar. The room and view was spectacular. Truly 5 star. The gym was very well equipped and open 24 hours…even Chris Bumsted (Mr Olympia) would have been happy. The spa facilities were excellent.

The staff were all incredibly welcoming, thoughtful and helpful, making every effort to make our stay memorable. The private onsen was beautiful and peaceful, the perfect way to relax after a day of sightseeing and activities.
