From the moment we walked in, we experienced the magic! We were offered a room upgrade by the phenomenal guest expert, Q. He was so incredibly helpful and warm, giving us his WhatsApp for help anytime. We were given an amazing room upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite. It was a beautiful space with views of the lake. The pool was probably the best I've ever seen at a hotel, and I've been to many in over 25 countries of travel. It was magical during the day and evening. We spent each morning and night there, sipping cappuccino or wine. The breakfast buffet was truly extra. The unique Khmer dishes were my favorite, but everything was tasty. We had room service several times, which I can also highly recommend, especially the hand pulled pasta and the lotus chicken curry rice. Finally, the staff just went beyond. They managed tours for us and went beyond and above. GET HERE AS SOON AS YOU CAN TO EXPERIENCE THIS AMAZING OASIS!!

The environment is beautifully designed, with lush greenery creating a peaceful retreat from the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, with an excellent variety of options to start the day right. The hotel and pool areas have a serene, relaxing vibe, ideal for unwinding after exploring Phnom Penh. The location is also excellent—central yet quiet. Reliable taxi services of the hotel make the ride from and to the aiport relaxed. Highly recommended for a tranquil and comfortable stay!

The staff introduced us to the facilities and services that the hotel offered and they always greeted us with a smile. The spa and pool facilities were clean and well maintained, the minibar in the room was well-stocked, and the room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-designed. The breakfast was delicious and BIG! Croissants, eggs Benedict, fresh fruit, juice, and coffee. After check-out, the guy at the front desk even helped us to call a taxi to the airport.

Very courteous and friendly staffs, from front counter to service. Hotel is well kept and got style. Bed is comfy and toilet is clean. Location is excellent, next to Aeon shopping mall. Allowed early check in as we arrived early at 11am and late checkout as our flight is in the late afternoon

Loved everything about it Staff were superb , Pool area , Pool service & menu , Afternoon tea , Elephant Bar , Femme Fatale cocktail & tapas , Champagne o clock , Breakfast & Dinner ! Hard to remember everything !!

It is a huge two bedroom apartment, it's like living in someone's home. Books to read, fruit bowl, super verandah overlooking the river. Furniture way nicer than any hotel. Located near lots of restaurants and shops. Right on the river, you can go out and walk the promenade. You can also people watch from the verandah. Washing machine new and super convenient. Beds very comfy. If you want a nice place in a central location this is a good one.
