Spa staff Huang was excellent in giving massage. The cruise has arranged village tour on 2nd day of stay and it was great too. Tour guide Jay was wonderful and hard working person. We will definitely be back and recommend Velar to our family and friends. This is what you call hospitality as Vietnamese people are awesome.

Also, a special thanks to Husna, the Muslim receptionist, who made us feel incredibly welcome and helped with everything from halal food guidance to activity planning. Her friendly and professional attitude set the tone for the entire cruise. From the luxury of the suites to the breathtaking views and thoughtful service, this cruise was beyond our expectations. I highly recommend Catherine Cruise to anyone looking for an extraordinary and culturally considerate experience in Ha Long Bay.
