You have to visit this place which is the tallest building...

You have to visit this place which is the tallest building in the world, the views are amazing and the photographers took some amazing photos which although a little expensive it is something to treasure. Two souvenir shops were on the top selling various gifts at really reasonable prices. Although we had a timed visit of 6.00p.m we were allowed in straight away.

Wonderous, our little daughter came with us on the night lake gondola boat..I RECOMMEND THIS TO EVERYONE WANTING A SOECIAL MEMORY. IT WAS NOT COSTLY( BOOKED VIA KLOOK). AND OUR DAUGHTER STILL MARVELS AT ALL THE PEOPLE WAVING AT HER FROM THE PROMENADES AS SHE WENT AROUND LIKE A PRINCESS... BEAUTIFUL MEMORY THE BURJ IS JUST IN A CLASS OF ITS OWN

The view is amazing, but the at the top experience is very badly organized. They are probably selling too many tickets for the afternoon time slots. More than 200 people were even piling up in the mall in front of the entrance when we arrived. We had a time slot for 2.30 pm for levels 124&125 and we were waiting in total 2 hours in 5 different endless rows until we were on top. Then another 30 min waiting for the lift down again - at least now with a good view... Either go early in the morning, pay for a more expensive later time slot (but this was not available in combination with Dubai Aquarium) or pay for fast access. Otherwise we cannot recommend this at all.

Whoever said it gets lonely at the top has never been to the top of urj Khalifa. The long queue and waiting that we had to endure to get to the top of Burj Khalifa almost ruined the experience for me. Plus, once you DO get to the top, there's a mad frenzy of crowd trying to take pictures etc. and almost an equally lengthy wait to go down the elevator. Terribly exhausting (not to mention irritating) People travelling with kids/ elders be warned that this is no easy tour

Expensive but worth doing, but I think the guide needs a different sound system, we couldn't comprehend a word he was saying! Difficult to find the entrance as the signage in the Dubai Mall is appalling.

Location was excellent very close to the Burj Khalifa. We had a large room with 2 twin beds, a full kitchen with a large fridge, dishwasher and washer/dryer for a very good price. The staff were all excellent. We used their free shuttle to the Dubai Mall a couple of times. They do not serve alcohol but they are okay with guests bringing it to the room.

I like all the facilities, service, and hospitality provided in the hotel. The breakfast meals are very international with variety of dishes. Location is close to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. Just 7 minutes by walk to get there approx. A big appreciation I 'd like to send to Suresa and other staff that already manage and coordinate all the luggage items we have in the hotel nicely. Very recommended to stay in the hotel

I really loved the hotel! Everything was excellent the service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere. Its location is amazing, just a short walk from Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa, and the fountain. Everything you need is nearby, so you rarely need a taxi.

The apartment was fully equipped and had everything I needed for my one-month stay. There were a few issues with cleanliness and the gas during the first week, but the management team was very responsive and quickly resolved them. The cooled swimming pool makes it comfortable to swim even during the hottest summer days, and the stunning Burj Khalifa view is a nice bonus.

The apartment was sensational. Yes it was clean, comfortable and luxurious, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with beautiful furnishings. But the VIEW!!!!! Spectacular. Words can't describe how perfect this view is from the 41st floor directly in front of the Burj Khalifa. Hosts were very helpful. Would definitely stay again.
