FinlandRoom was comfy, spacious and kept tidy. All of the staff were helpful and great! Breakfast delicious with a kitchen order included. In addition, the hotel restaurant served good food also at lunch and dinner time.
The location of the hotel is great, close to the airport, and 2min walk from Deira City Center metro station, from where e.g. Burj Khalifa is convenient to reach by metro. The Deira Mall next to has also a huge grocery store and a wide selection of restaurants. Still the area around the hotel is very calm.
Complimentary airport shuttle and bus to the Al Mamzar beach were also very nice additions for our stay.

The hotel location is excellent. Very close to the metro station and next to Burjuman Mall. A central location to Bur Dubai and Al Karama. The airport is close by. The rooms very pretty good and the clean. Definitely worth a stay. The from desk was very courteous and accommodating. Did check out by 12.30 pm and left our luggage at the concierge.

I stayed in City Seasons Towers from 04 to 08 Dec 2025 in room 1015. It was like home away from home. My stay there was an amazing one. All the staff were extremely nice. There were Mr. Jawed, Ms Yamin, Ms Joyce, Mr. Mohamed, the Bell boys, the restaurant staff at breakfast and everyone else (don't know there names.) I would like to thank you all for being like family to me and to make my stay an enjoyable one. I will surely be back. The location is perfect. Close to the Burjuman Mall and metro. Thank you all once again.

This hotel is one of the best hotels I deal with in Dubai. The location is excellent, next to BurJuman Mall. The service is outstanding, and the reception staff are wonderful

Clean hotel. Exec room is very spacious. Location next to Burjuman mall is excellent too.
