This house comfortably accommodates 2 to 3 people. and there are supermarkets and cafés right in the neighborhood. It's about a 20-minute walk to Yas Mall and less than a 50-minute walk to the F1 circuit. It's actually a smart choice for attending the F1 race, as getting a taxi on Yas Island after the race ends is nearly impossible.

Staff were very helpful. Good location in centre of town easy to get taxis to anywhere. About 30 mins from yas mall. Yas Marina Circuit and about 15 to Corniche so easy to get about.

I enjoying staying at Olha’s place. The apartment is very nice, brand new. The view from the balcony is wonderful. Also it’s very close to Yas parks and Yas mall.

Very near and walking distance to the theme parks - Waterworld, WB, Ferrari World, SeaWorld and shopping malls like Yas Mall and IKEA. The house is very clean, well managed, quite large and new. The grocery shop All Day is just 2 minutes walk from the house. It's easy to get a taxi to move around Abu Dhabi and very near to the airport.

I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful apartment in the heart of Yas Island. The location was excellent, just 5 minutes from Yas Mall and around 7 minutes from Yas Bay. It’s a lovely area with plenty of restaurants and essential shops nearby.
The apartment itself was of a very high standard, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Both the host and the reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Yas Island.

Oustanding studio apartment and facilities. Very quiet and comfortable for 2 people. Apartment basically has everything needed. Cooking supplies are good, along with cutlery, plates and bowls to prepare food for yourself. Access to well fitted out gym, beautiful long pool with magnificent views overlooking golf course and mangroves, and a beach a short walk away. Short drive to Yas Mall which is impressive. 2-3 min easy short drive or even walk to Yas Bay area.
