I forgot a wallet with documents and credit cards in the room safe and the staff did everything they could to get the wallet to me in a train station that was more than one hour away. Very attentive staff through out our stay too.

Hotel is situated close to the Zermatt train station on a much quieter side street instead of the main street which is very loud and crowded. Rooms were very modern, clean, and comfortable. Loved the balcony with the flower boxes. Breakfast was wonderful with a large variety of choices and delicious breads. Highly recommend.

1. The location is extremely close to the Zermatt Train Station (2 minutes walk)
2. The room was very spacious and even had an extra bed with a small sun/moon roof window facing the Matterhorn Peak
3. The washroom was also very spacious
4. Overall the hotel had an excellent vintage touch with beautiful showpieces savoring the essence of the village, throwing a 60’s vibe

Had a perfect stay at the Schweizerhof Zermatt with my family! The room was very well decorated and very spacious (a lot bigger than I had expected). The breakfast was delicious with an excellent variety of foods. The hotel is conveniently located (a 1-2 minute walk from the Zermatt train station and many restaurants and shops nearby).

Everything was great. Some examples: getting us from the Zermatt train station (and back at the end), the cleaning of the rooms every day, the breakfast, the kindness of the entire staff, the massages and the spa (the pool!), the views, the comfort of the beds. They really found the perfect mix of hotel and apartment, and it made for a great vacation. Thank you! We hope to come back.

The pickup and dropoff service from the Zermatt train station to the hotel was so helpful. The view of the mountains from our hotel room balcony was excellent and scenic. The room was modern, clean, and the bathroom was well-sized. The breakfast was good and had a lot of options.

Wedge shaped hotel on an accessible slope on the far side of the main street from Zermatt train station. Hotel staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is set out in a distinctive eatery / bar area. Location suited my train arrival and departure needs and provided easy walking to the Glacier Paradise, Gornergrat railway and funicular to Sonnegga / Blauherd town access points.

Good clean apartment. I would stay again. Little hard to go from Zermatt train station to the place with luggage but still doable. Its about 15- 20 min walk with some uphill hike.

It is a small hotel with only 13 rooms.
This hotel has an excellent view of Matterhorn from the balcony.
This hotel provides free shuttle service for checkin and checkout from Zermatt train station. This is a plus point else you need to fork out 20CHF.
Breakfast was excellent - the bakery is hot and fresh and the eggs are made on the spot based on order.
I will definitely come back to stay at Hotel Beau Rivage again.

Spacious room with a view. Best location as it's only 3 mins walk to Zermatt train station and Gonergrat Railway. There are great facilities with gym and yoga room plus free yoga class for hotel guest. Variety of quality breakfast. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
