I particularly appreciated the luxurious bathroom with automatic toilets, which added an extra touch of comfort and convenience. Room service was prompt and the quality of the food was excellent. The gym was well-equipped and maintained, making it easy to stick to my fitness routine. The location was perfect for my business trip — directly opposite the Convention Center and just a short 5-minute walk away. Overall, it was a seamless and very comfortable stay.

A great location! You fly into HK international, you switch to the Ferry (at airport) which takes you to Shekou Port in 30 minutes, then you get on to line 2 metro directly to the hotel (Jingtian), or line 12 and switch to line 9 on same platform. The exit at JINGTIAN is EXIT B, which takes you up an escalator INTO the building lobby where the hotel is located. Take elevator to 28th floor to check in. SIMPLE!
When checking out (apart from leaving your luggage with the concierge for late night flights), you take metro back to Shekou port, check-in at your airline counter, they take your luggage, you board the ferry, 30 minutes to HK International, you go catch your flight, and your luggage is transferred directly to the plane, and meets you at your destination. SIMPLE!
The staff are most helpful. If they do not speak English (lingua franca), they will communicate with a translator APP. The managers have English skills. Any correspondence or delivery arrives safely to the concierge.
The room is made up daily. Fresh towels, toiletries, and complimentary water/soda, daily. The hotel has beautiful calming decor. There is even a little R2D2 robot that moves around making deliveries.
To be noted, you might have a neighbouring suite with kids, who won't go to bed on time, ...that is to be expected.
As for food, like breakfast, before the restaurant opens when you have jet lag, waking up around 4 or 5am, there's a 24-hour McDonald's across the street, ...in time to catch the 14-minute train journey or 45-minute subway ride, between 6 and 7am at their respective locations in Shenzhen, for HONG KONG!
Again, a wonderful 8-day stay, with a park nearby. The metro station is situated perfectly to reach anywhere in Shenzhen swiftly. THANKS-A-MILLION!

We loved everything about our stay at Crowne Plaza Shenzhen. The staff there are top tier, and customer service was outstanding. The room was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and very big. The view from our room was stunning. The location of the hotel is close to everything, such as Coco Park and the train station. We loved, loved, loved our stay at Crowne Plaza. Will definitely stay again on our next trip.

Location - close to a mini market, pharmacy, various kind of food, also shopping centre Coco Park, PingAn observation deck, metro station… Big, spacious room (we got the two-story apartment). They were very kind to let us check-in even earlier than the early check-in given by Booking. Good breakfast with various local food, but also some western options.
Did not use the kitchen or a washing machine, but it is great to have these options.
Some of the staff members speak English, which is not that common in Shenzhen.

Rather old but very conviniet and good central Shenshen position hotel. Huge many rooms apartment with small kitchenette , fridge and washing mashine. Excellent bed. Nice view on Ping Ang financial centre building. 15 min walking distance to Coco Park shopping mall. 10 min taxi drive to speed train station with trains to Hong Kong and Guangzhou. Nice breakfast room. Rather Chinesse style, Not too much western food variety but omlets, scramble eggs available.

Very well located in Futian (metro station at the Hotel entrance !).
You'll be located between COCO Park and Huaqiangbei : what else could you require :) ?
Buffet Breakfast is just incredible (sushis included !) .... Restaurant is huge, you will feel comfortable...
Interesting fact : the swimming pool is a narrow and very long one : perfect for intensive swimming practice.
I need to insist : housekeeping staff is wonderful and very efficient : impressive !

Value for money. Quiet, cosy and neat. About 12 minutes walk to coco park, a great mall with a good selection of restaurants. Safe district. As there are a few government offices around. Hotel had a golf course beside and high end residential units. Good spread of breakfast and spacious room.

the location is excellent, the Futian subway and train station just right outside of the main sreet. The Coco Park shopping Mall is 5 min, walk, and there is another mall just next to the hotel has all kind of retaurants.
