SingaporeRooms are very clean. Housekeeping staff are very detailed in keeping the rooms neat and tidy. Receptionist are friendly and helpful in answering our queries and helping us with our baggages. Kudos to staff Aurora and Sarah. There is also a chatbot where queries and requests are answered promptly. I strongly recommend this hotel to travellers who are coming for leisure and business trips.
