United KingdomGreat location. 10-15 minute walk from the Muslim quarter. Lots of restaurants around! The staff were very friendly, only 1 spoke English but very helpful. Booking excursions was not an issue and they even provided a driver which you have to pay for. 100% worth the money.

SingaporeThe bed was comfortable and items in the rooms were well maintained. Every one of the staff was very helpful and responsive, greet with a smile and welcoming. Must mention that the little robot which brought our food delivery to our room is very cute. Although we do not have a microwave oven in the room, the staff was happy to help us heat up our food. The washing machines and dryers in the laundry room was a big plus too!
