Very convenient location.
Very close to Wangfujing Street and Wangfujing Station which easily connect to anywhere in Beijing and to airports.
The staff was kind and conveniently booked for my wife and I tickets for both Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Tianmen Mountain by online.
