Terrific location for a city break. Subway 1 min from the front door. Incredible facilities, spacious suite, friendly staff, one of Berlin's best taverns and eateries on-site. Could stay there for a weekend and never leave!

    The Christmas Market in the plaza was one of the best we visited. Great markets, lighting, an ice rink and Santa flying across the sky. There are some great places to eat there and metro station right there. There's also a mall nearby (Alexa)

    Great location, central yet really quiet. You can walk to the museums in 5 mins, or to Alexanderplatz in 10. You can also find plenty of shops and restaurant in walking distance. The hotel looks new and really nicely done. The breakfast was great. All in all a really good choice for a weekend stay.

    The location was excellent. There are plenty of nice places and tourist points close by (5-10-15 minutes walking). Also, almost all bus, tram, metro, train is connected with the hotel (Alexanderplatz).

    The location was simply amazing! It was right in the heart of Alexanderplatz where trains e.g. U- and S-bahn were so accessible it could bring you anywhere in the city without any hassle. Also, there were many shops and restaurants nearby. If I go to Berlin again, I'll choose this hotel once more.

    The location is perfect. The hotel is bang oppposite to Berlin Ostbahnoff giving us easy access to airport as well as the city. Alexanderplatz is 2 stations away. We stayed here for 2 nights, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was decent.

    Just a ten minute walk from Alexanderplatz station. Hotel was lovely, very clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was tasty but not a huge range of options. Bedroom very comfortable and clean. Altogether a very nice place to stay in Berlin!

    The staff was nice and helpful. Checkin was easy. The location is great--very close to the East Side Gallery of the Berlin Wall across the street and to the Ostbahnhof train station. Easy access to central Berlin and Alexanderplatz. The breakfast selection was good, but not the best. Options are limited. The kitchen, breakfast room, and bar areas on the ground floor are nice. The hotel has a funky, modern aesthetic. There's a nice, quiet outdoor garden area.

    Great location! We found the metro/train system complicated, but thankfully most stopped at Alexanderplatz making it easier to get around. The room was clean and shower was large compared to our other hotels in Germany.
