The service, the facilities and the staff were A1. I want to mention that on my last day of travel, I had an accident, and luckily it happened close to the hotel. The staff immediately provided me with all the necessary support. They called an ambulance, escorted me to the clinic because they knew I was traveling alone, and stayed with me until I received the necessary medical attention. I will always be grateful for all their support during this difficult time.

    The views from the balcony and the front bedroom were gorgeous! Having a pharmacy in front of the building was very convenient, as was having the Malecon across the street. The host was very quick to respond and address my concerns. She also provided plenty of water so I didn't have to buy any for the entirety of my stay.

    Giant corporate international modern style hotel devoid of any unique character - could be in Omaha or Algiers. Nice spot on the Malecon / coast boulevard possible longish walk into the Ciudad Colonial - but a 300 peso taxi ride. Great shower and hot water. Nice bathroom. Elevator wait miniscule. Easy checkin and out. Breakfast buffet very good with good service. Quiet. Nice pool w/terrace overlooking ocean Wonderful staff. Good Indian restaurant a (long) block away.

    location is good and safe. Property was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the coziness and its friendly staff. The hotel felt more like visiting a family member which I enjoyed. Josefina and the staff was friendly and always helpful. Facilities were very clean. There are restaurants (local) and the Malecon is only one block away.

    This is probably the best hotel along the Malecon (waterfront) in Santo Domingo. It's within walking distance of all of Gascue. However, it is a bit of a hike from the Colonial Zone. Clean, modern, and well run.

    The location was excellent. It was within walking distance to the Malecon, however I would not walk there at night. It was also right next to a restaurant that had an amazing vibe and decent food. There was also another restaurant a few blocks down to the left of the hotel that had inexpensive delicious Dominican food.
