We arrived at Gran Via and there was an issue with our room so they taxied us to their sister hotel, Gran Via Catedral. The hotel was spectacular and the staff were so professional, friendly and helpful.

Location is great, close to the main street, but also not on it - so not so crowded and loud. The market is also close by. We even got an early check-in, what was a great help with a very early flight. We also tried room service and pool table - both experiences were great. And free snacks bar is a really nice add! The view from window is also nice, palm trees. The staff was very friendly.
