New ZealandThe staff were friendly. I was given an complimentary upgrade and my room was ready early too. The room faced towards the river and had an amazing view with plenty of space in the room too. The room was spotlessly clean and well serviced throughout the day.
Room service was on point without any delays.
I had a fantastic stay and an experience I will never forget.

The location is the only positive if you are going to Docklands or ABBA VOYAGE. It's right across the road from DLR and next to the ABBA VOYAGE experience. I booked because I need somewhere within easy reach of Hackney Wick.
