To our delight, we were upgraded to a better room at no extra cost.
The hotel is new and very well-maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Its location is very convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the dolphinarium, the zoo, and the beach. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to explore the area.
Overall, the hotel offers great value for the price. Highly recommended!

Simply amazing new hotel in the heart of Batumi! Very clean, very modern, with polite and helpful staff. The room was spacious, with everything I needed. Lovely view, comfortable bed and pillows. Piazza square is just around the corner. As a frequent Batumi visitor, I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Excellent location in the centre close to Piazza Square, banks, supermarkets and good places for food and drink. Very helpful staff at check in. Stayed in a private en suite room with balcony and so didn't use hostel facilities. Good, well appointed and quiet room.

The location is perfect and wonderful. It is very close to the old city, to Europe Square, to piazza Square, to the beach and to many attractions.
The hotel is very clean . The staff is very helpful , very friendly and very kind, especially Mrs. Liza.
I will return back to this hotel and recommend it to everyone to stay in Batumi world palace hotel
