HungaryThe location is perfect, right on the main promenade with easy access to the beach, restaurants, malls, and also to the local bus stops, which is great when going to Coral reef or Dolphin reef for example. The hotel has a heated outdoor pool (heated to around 28-30 celcius) which is open until 4:45pm in the winter, and if you pay extra, you can use the jacuzzi and sauna in the spa (open until 7pm). Only the main (heated) pool is open in the winter though, the other one was closed. There is also a nice private beach you can use, right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was a amazing, a wide selection of food the choose from. There is a business lounge for which you can pay, if you get a good offer you can have a light lunch there, just be sure to go on time because late in the afternoon they serve only dessert. The staff was really nice, they will go out on a limb to help you. I definetely recommend staying in the Leonardo Plaza hotel!

Even before our arrival, Yelena reached out to check if we had any special requests, and during our stay, both Sima and Yelena made sure everything was perfect for us. The rooms were excellent, the breakfast was outstanding, and most importantly, the staff's exceptional service, led by Sima and Yelena, truly stood out.

Приезжать надо к открытию, к 9:00 утра, иначе мест на парковке бесплатной уже не будет и мест удобных в теньке на пляже не останется. Overpriced beach.
Overpriced beach. Most annoying thing was that we were not allowed to go in with our plastic igloo cooler. We were asked to exchange it for a fabric cooler which they would provide for a deposit of 75NIS. When I asked why, their response was that the other didn't like the look of the plastic coolers. It's clean and has everything one needs for a stay in this tropical city. Also, Liat is an amazing host. She helped me with organising my further Journey and even brought me to the Station to make sure I can buy my ticket on a holiday day.
