We had the garden room. The setup, with the bathroom downstairs, is unusual but pleasantly surprised us. The room was big enough and decorated in a classical way that fits the style of the building. Breakfast was not special but sufficient. Location was perfect, a bit secluded but on walking distance to Trastevere.

Great double bed for the parents and a large sofa bed for the younger one. We slept extremely well also because of the light-blocking curtains. The room was large and included a full desk for the occasional need to use the laptop. We were extremely pleasantly surprised to receive fresh fruits in the morning. The breakfast was very well balanced, a lot to choose from, and very very tasty! Not to forget about the coffee, just right! Staff always attentive and helpful, on the few occasions we asked for it. Close to buses that took us to the city centre. Will definitely consider coming back to this hotel if we return to Rome.

the hotel is at a great location, walking distance to truth of mouth and Colosseum. Reception desk is 24hrs and staffs are being super helpful. There was an issue with the shower drain and they managed to fix it promptly after reporting.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is very friendly and interested in give you the best experience. The breakfast is excellent. The room has many facilities and is very comfortable.

Breakfast is EXCELENTE! you must pay for it, €18 per person. The location is excellent, however, it's close to traffic (for security reasons) so if you arrive with luggage you will need to walk a little bit and the street doesn't help.

Set between the Coliseum and Piazza Venezia, the Romano is a boutique hotel overlooking the Roman Forum. The rooms are uniquely decorated and set over 4 floors of a historical building.
