United StatesWelcoming staff who provided us with everything we needed and more!! The breakfast was huge with fruit, eggs made to order, pastries, excellent tea with warm cream (my favorite) and husband’s cappuccino, and choice of three fresh juices. Snack bar and coffee anytime. Excellent location at the bottom of a ski lift (during winter). Very comfortable bed and shower with a rain head fixture, balcony, view, and again, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ staff!

United StatesI booked this hotel for my son because I knew he would enjoy a nice hotel like this in a great location in the middle of a very Medieval village. In his words, " You had the ambience of a village and the modern convenience of a comfortable hotel. The air conditioning was especially appreciated during the hot spell. A very friendly staff and a very clean environment. My parents and friend met up for breakfast every morning and the food was excellent. The Hotel Manager, Victor went out of his way to accomodate my needs, especially regarding arranging a biking trip to Mt. amiata with two local riders, which I really enjoyed. I would stay there again."

We loved our night at the hotel Macinaie! It is located in a wonderful place, surrounding by a forest. The room was very cosy, clean and calm. The restaurant was delicious, all the people in the staff were so kind! We felt like at home and we would love to come back and stay longer! Grazie mille!
