New ZealandLoved everything! Staff are absolutely wonderful, this is one of the best places I have stayed. Ofcourse the view from the balcony in the room is amazing, with space to sit and relax. The public onsen and private rooftop onsen are wonderful watching the sunset with a view to Fuji. Don’t miss out on breakfast! Pick up from the train station and shuttle to town also worked really smoothly, just ask the helpful staff as we were able to arrive early to drop our bags off. The hotel lounge area is also very interesting and enjoyable, lots of art, books, relaxing and comfortable. Will always remember our stay here and recommend. Thankyou!

New ZealandWe had a good weekend at Kawaguchiko Park Hotel. Friendly staff. Good facilities. We enjoyed the hot springs and massage chairs. The twin room was spacious for the 2 of us. We even had a view of Mt Fuji from our windows, including in the shower! We booked breakfast at the hotel, and that was one of the highlights of the stay. A feast of multiple dishes set out at our table. They made sure we had different dishes each day. The location is close to the lake and within walking distance to the Ropeway and the station.

Everything was clean. The staff were extremely kind, nice, humble and helpful. They provided extraordinary service. The hotel is also not so far from most lake kawaguchiko and has a great view of the lake if you book the room with the lake view. The private onsen also has the view of Mount Fuji. To sum up our experience my friends and I had the best time in Mount Fuji and would definitely come back to this hotel

It was close to oishi park. The room had a huge window facing Mt Fuji, even the bathroom had a Mt Fuji View. The hotel had 2 huge private hot spring baths(onsen) which were well kept and had a shower attached so you could take a refreshing bath as well as shower to end the long day of exploring Lake Kawaguchi.

Everything is good. They provide shuttle from kawaguchiko station to hotel and the hotel just nearby lake kawaguchi by walking distance. Nice view for mt fuji as well..

Excellent location with close up view of Mount Fuji on a clear day. Extremely clean rooms, beds, kitchen, toilet. Everything looks and feels new. Simple and fast check in check out process with the friendly staff. Super value for money. I highly highly recommend this hotel if you want a clean, value for money glamping experience with excellent view of Mount Fuji and close proximity to lake kawaguchiko.

Lovely hostel near Lake Kawaguchiko. The beds were comfy and had a small place to lock valuables, a light & an outlet. There was a big kitchen with everything you need and a big common area, so there was plenty of space to relax after a day of exploring. The location is perfect, close to a bus stop, a 2 minute walk to a Lawsons & a short walk to the lake.
All the areas in the hostel were kept very clean, including the shower & toilets.
We also got a voucher for free laundry which was great.

Staff very friendly, great location with mount fuji views. Traditional Japanese breakfast was amazing - provide us an amazing experience. We had a great view to the lake Kawaguchiko from our room. The hotel provide a pick up service from the station which was very helpful when we arrived.

The hotel location is great – even though there’s no direct view of Mt. Fuji, it’s only about a 20-minute walk to one of the best viewing spots by Lake Kawaguchiko. The staff were very friendly and helpful. While the service may not reflect the typical high standards of a traditional ryokan, they genuinely did their best to accommodate guests. The buffet meals were good – although they describe it as a “Western breakfast,” there were plenty of Japanese options available for both breakfast and dinner.

This is a beautiful hotel on the bank of Lake Kawaguchi. We had an amazing Japanese-style room. It had all the amenities and two large beds. The room was spacious and comfy. The best thing about the hotel was their onsen. We had 5 different hotels with onsens during our trip in Japan, but the onsen in this hotel was definitely the best. Would love to come back to this hotel on my next trip to Fuji.
