CroatiaI loved staying here, everyone was so helpful and kind to me and I especially want to thank Shin who stayed way past the end of his shift so I could check in which I truly appreciated and was so thankful for. Apart from everyone working there and their kindness and genuine care for guests, I loved the interior of the hotel which is kind of Scandi - Japanese, the beds and pillows are very comfortable and of good quality, everything is very clean and the breakfast is delicious. The location was great too and I loved having a little balcony with loads of plants in my room and having birds visit :). If I’m in Osaka again I will definitely stay here

The hotel has a very strategic location near Shin-Osaka Station making it convenient for travel. The property is clean and the housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining the room throughout our stay. Toiletries were replenished daily and additional children’s toiletries were thoughtfully provided at the Level 2 reception counter. It was also convenient to have a Lawson store located nearby.

Stayed on the 23rd floor in a corner room with a magnificent view of Osaka. Hotel opened in 2025 so it meets all today's luxury standards. Staff is very friendly and assists where ever possible. English is no problem for them which is also a plus. Location is great, Osaka station is just a couple of walking minutes away.
The entrance may be a little hard to find so do prepare, Youtube has some clips with directions which helped me a lot.
I have had a great stay, highly recommended!

second time to rent this hotel. location is brilliant. reasonably close to umeda and osaka stations. room size is okay for the price, given this is osaka centre. not many rooms in the entire hotel so it is never overly crowded or noisy.

Great location, short walking distance to Shin-Osaka Station. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood with little traffic. Near to convenience stores and restaurants.
Great accomodation facilities, they had wifi, drinkable tap water, fridge, microwave, private toilet and shower, and a washing machine in the apartment.
Sound proofing in the apartment quite good. Was expecting a lot of noise from the planes flying above and trains from the nearby station but did not heard much from inside the room.

The hotel is near the Osaka station, the airport bus terminal is just nearby. Staff are nice and polite. Will certainly stay again in next visit.

I have no idea about breakfast because I didn't have it there. Although the location is not far from Osaka station, Google Maps always had problems to lead us to the wrong place. Of course, I know it has nothing to do with hotel at all.

The hotel is very near to Osaka station and Umeda station. Easily reachable by walking through the underground passageways. There are lots of cafes and restaurants around the underground shopping malls for breakfast/lunch/dinner.
The rooms are clean and quiet. Comfortable for a good night sleep.
Room cleaning is carried out on a daily basis.

It is a good stay for 1 night. About 1km from Osaka Station and the bus stop is just closeby if you dont feel like walking to the hostel. The showers were ckeaned, but the toilets are not as clean as other Japanesw hostels that went to. The communal area is big enough if you want to have your meals there. There is alsl 7-11 across the street

Hotel was located 10 min by taxi, 15 min by tram from Osaka station (Shin Osaka station cca 25-30min ), hotel is offering shuttle to/from station 2x per hour, very nice area, big rooms, nice therme, restaurants nearby, we liked this hotel the most from all hotels/places we visited in Japan
