We appreciated the no daily cleaning and fresh new towels were bought to rooms everyday. The lobby was also well equipped and a great place to have some tea to wind down from a day in Tokyo. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here again.

KyrgyzstanWe appreciated the helpfulness of the staff at the registration counter, especially when we ran into minor card issues; they were patient and efficient in resolving the matter. The decor, done in warm colors, made us feel comfortable and at home right away. The bathroom was a highlight with its advanced electronic equipment, showcasing the innovative side of Japan that we’ve always heard about — it surely left us questioning bathrooms elsewhere. The location is unbeatable, with the hotel situated right at Tokyo Station, it felt like we had access to not just Tokyo, but all of Japan, especially with our JR Pass allowing us unlimited train rides. Despite the bustling activity with around 4000 trains passing through daily, the hotel was surprisingly silent, ensuring a peaceful stay. The unique Japanese breakfast experience was delightful and a perfect start to our mornings. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and Tokyo Station Hotel is a place we’d love to revisit.

Totally go see some pro wrestling! Such an experience! If you are a fan of pro wrestling no one does it better than Japan. Fans are so great and such a breath of fresh air compared to some US fans and the artistry is absolutely breath-taking!

What a great find, our expectations were exceeded. The staff were helpful and friendly. Luggage storage is available. The self serve breakfast (western or Japanese) is a fantastic idea and good quality. The room was on the larger size for the area. Great location, a few minutes walk to Tokyo Dome, the train station and great food.

The space was bigger than expected. The appliances were first class and instructions easy to follow. We were a bit unsure of only having one room for the 3 three of us but the space was organised really well. Loved the drying option for clothes in the bathroom, very useful. Location was great, quiet but only a short walk away from the Tokyo Dome, shops and attractions.
