The most notable aspect that I recall about the stay was the impeccable service. Every single member of the staff was friendly and cheerful, and also all could speak English on a high level. The breakfasts prepared by the cooks always brightened my day with fresh nutrition and tasty garnishes. The cleanliness of the place astonished me, since every day my room received a change of sheets and towels, along with new supplies, such as mouth hygiene kit and a bathrobe. The location of the place was also rather convenient, with two metro stations being within walking distance and a bus stop literally right next to the hotel. Overall the stay was pleasant and very satisfying!

Great location, close to metro and walking distance to lots of attractions, shopping and food. Staff were very helpful and friendly, they kept my bags overnight when I did a side trip to Jeonju, they also let me use their shower facilities after check out when my flight was extremely delayed.

The hotel was located very close to 3 stations, closest being jonggak. It's also located right next to the heart of insadong so it was perfect for our family's last stay as we enjoyed the unique teas around the area. The hotel offers free washing and drying. There are 2 of each. They clean every day and provide all the entertainment (YouTube, Netflix). Bathroom was large with fresh towels daily. The room itself was large and it has internal heating so it was perfect during the cold days. Beds were very comfortable. Finally, but not least, staff were super helpful.
