Food was good and we requested an early breakfast which was arranged on time. Room was nicely arranged. This is very close to Ritigala archaeological site. Service was excellent. Managed by a family and they make sure to help and support in anyway possible.

This area has so much to see and Bissa Villa was an excellent place to come back to each afternoon for a swim and a delicious meal after a busy day of site seeing. We also enjoyed the rural aspect of this slightly out of town location. The hosts were extremely friendly & helpful making it our favourite place to stay on our whole Sri Lankan trip.

Delightful experience, wonderful kind and welcoming members of staff who are keen to go out of their way to accommodate guests wishes. The food is excellent and well portioned. Staff also happy and keen to help organise any excursions or activities around the area.

We were very well received by Ajith and his wonderful staff. Delicious meals, cozy atmosphere and not far from Sigiriya's main attractions.Room with incredible views of Lyon and Pindurangala rock. We wished we had stayed longer.
