reliably clean, quite new, quite spacious (the upgrade to the corner room is worth it) and the hotel has really helpfull staff, nice pool, etc.
it's central, you arrive to the hotel straight from the airport by train.
have absolutely nothing negative to say about my stay and will return if I am ever back in KL

The location was great for my purposes due to its location near the KL Sentral. The staff were great and always offered to assist or check if guests(like me) need assistance. The bed was extra comfy and the window view is majestic! especially during day breaks.

We loved the location which was right at the heart of Kuala Lumpur and near all the good Indian places in town and a very good shopping mall, NU Sentral, nearby. The hotel's location was also helpful as we had to catch a train to Penang after Kuala Lumpur. The hotel room was amazingly spacious with our own kitchen. Staff were very friendly and upon check out informed us that we can use the free shuttle to get to KL Sentral.

The hotel was very good, and the staff were very courteous. They always greeted us very politely. The location was perfect—just a 2-minute walk to KL Sentral and NU Sentral. The housekeeping was also excellent.

If you like KL Sentral, this is the place for you, gigantic mall across the street has everything, bus &rail station below mall, white crispy comforter &linen, privacy capsules work for me, many spacious showers &toilets, secure lockers, lounge area between sleeping floors; free hot &cold water, utensils &cups, Courteous &efficient staff, elevator to all floors, coffee &snack bar located within hotel, definitely do it again.

Great location! Steps away from so many restaurants, and a MRT station. Only 25 minutes walk to Kl Sentral. Cute hotel with decent prices. Love the staff! Irene was so nice. She let us leave the luggage for a few hours after checked out, and let us take showers after we explored the city some more.
