The best hotel gym ever and it’s not even just a hotel gym; it’s a proper 24-hour commercial gym that even has Stairmaster, rowers, a squat rack, smith machine, etc + complimentary free flow of water for guests! Service is so incredible; there’s even welcome drinks and the staff are so lovely and friendly. The views from the rooftop bar and restaurant are SPECTACULAR. Room’s also super clean and spacious - the blackout blinds are the best!

I loved the location of Easy hotel and the value for money -- right by KL Sentral and close to everything, cold A/C, hot water, comfy, clean bed, and yummy, busy breakfast! They let me store my luggage when I couldn't take it for afternoon meetings and let me take my last business call of the day on the roof before I picked up my things. Really grateful especially to the staff -- from the reception desk to the bellhops -- who made my stay so smooth and comfortable for a short business layover in KL.

If you like KL Sentral, this is the place for you, gigantic mall across the street has everything, bus &rail station below mall, white crispy comforter &linen, privacy capsules work for me, many spacious showers &toilets, secure lockers, lounge area between sleeping floors; free hot &cold water, utensils &cups, Courteous &efficient staff, elevator to all floors, coffee &snack bar located within hotel, definitely do it again.

Great location! Steps away from so many restaurants, and a MRT station. Only 25 minutes walk to Kl Sentral. Cute hotel with decent prices. Love the staff! Irene was so nice. She let us leave the luggage for a few hours after checked out, and let us take showers after we explored the city some more.

All the rooms in this hotel are clean and hygienic.
And the staff working here are also very friendly.
And whenever we ask for any help, we will immediately call any of the three, Rizwan, Aman, Muhammad Hirsha'd and they will help us. Whoever comes to Malaysia, choose the City Central Hotel because by staying in this hotel, there is a KL Sentral metro station very close to wherever we want to go.

All the staff were super friendly. The lady who checked up in was very kind and informed us where the nearest bank was since were didn't have cash in hand. Everytime we left or return to the hotel, staff would greet us each time and often asked if we needed anything for our room (extra mineral water, room service, etc)
Location wise, it's barely a five minute walk to the monorel station and it's very close to NU Sentral+KL sentral so it's pretty strategic!

The hotel is a short walk from KL Sentral station, Sentral mall, and Little India. It had a laundrette facility which was great. The rooms were spacious and by the sink in the kitchenette there was a separate tap for drinking water. This hotel would be perfect for longer term stays as well. The staff were extremely helpful and the hotel was peaceful.
