Loved the hotel. It was extremely clean and very well organized. Staff was amazing. Super helpful and always attending to our needs. Hotel services like swimming pool, activities for kids, spa and in room dining services were exceptional. Buffet breakfast and dinner had variety and taste. Concierge and room service was great. The location is really amazing, you are staying near KL Sentral which is the best to be going to other destinations in Malaysia by land transport and you have a direct link to the airport. The area has a lot of Indian restaurants nearby. The place own laundry and great facilities. I really enjoyed the convenience of checking in an out. I checked out at 2am. As I used cash deposit I was able to get it back during the check out. The room was clean, well equipped and the view was superb.

Great location, next to KL sentral and airport train with access to the mall and restaurants. Room was spacious and clean. Amenities in the room available: towels, toiletries, iron/board, slippers, etc. Great view from my room. Rooftop w/ bar and pool looks great and interesting night view. Staff was great! Professional and friendly. They allowed me later checkout free of charge!

The location was great for my purposes due to its location near the KL Sentral. The staff were great and always offered to assist or check if guests(like me) need assistance. The bed was extra comfy and the window view is majestic! especially during day breaks.

We loved the location which was right at the heart of Kuala Lumpur and near all the good Indian places in town and a very good shopping mall, NU Sentral, nearby. The hotel's location was also helpful as we had to catch a train to Penang after Kuala Lumpur. The hotel room was amazingly spacious with our own kitchen. Staff were very friendly and upon check out informed us that we can use the free shuttle to get to KL Sentral.
