LatviaThe receiption department is working extremely professional, they have internal communication pretty well. The tasks during check-in time was all set and ready during checkout process. This service is hard to find in any hotel nowadays.
Also my special thanks for Mr. Nazeer that he sent a small cake for my birthday present. It was kind of a joke that i mentioned about it and he really did what he said. Huge thanks for him.

They have clear VEGAN options for breakfast (a yummy chickpea 'omelette') and on the restaurant menus. Some buffet items were clearly labelled as vegan but this could be more consistent - staff were able to answer our questions about what we could eat but it would be easier to label consistently.
Pool lounge area was great as was the pool to relax after breakfast. Rooms are big and well designed.

BruneiIt’s in the middle of the city, 1 minute walk to KLCC, yet it has a calming ambiance and the room is quiet and protected from all the hustle and bustle of the city. Also the cleanliness was unbelievable, i really was expecting a dusty toilet and room,since that is the majority of most hotel’s problem, but i was wrong and was impressed.

The hotel location is superb, especially if your room facing the Petronas tower.
The hotel is also accessible via tunnel to Suria KLCC Mall. You also can enjoying jogging or walking in the KLCC park as the hotel has a direct access via the convention center to the park.

We stayed here for four nights and the location is definitely the biggest plus. The property is very close to major attractions like the Petronas Towers, Suria KLCC Mall, and KLCC Park, which made getting around extremely convenient. The area itself is nice and generally clean.

This hotel is beautiful, in a great location - easy access to KLCC Park and the Petronas Towers. Rooms are gorgeous. We had a corner room with lots of windows, and the pool on the balcony - on the 28th floor. The Level 52 pool has exceptional views, especially at night. It was never too busy which was great. The bed was a little hard, but not uncomfortable.
