TaiwanSituated next to KLCC Suria mall, this hotel is in a perfect location for the twin towers, high end shopping, some very fancy bars. They provide an excellent breakfast with a huge variety of local and western options - the Roti station was a highlight! The staff were all great, especially the staff at the main door, very friendly and would go above and beyond in remembering names and when giving directions to places they would walk you out and ensure you started off in the best way possible. The pool is beautiful.

This hotel is beautiful, in a great location - easy access to KLCC Park and the Petronas Towers. Rooms are gorgeous. We had a corner room with lots of windows, and the pool on the balcony - on the 28th floor. The Level 52 pool has exceptional views, especially at night. It was never too busy which was great. The bed was a little hard, but not uncomfortable.
