PakistanI had 2 suites in separate wings. The staff showed me both rooms in 30mins themselves. The location is so good, just on the shore with the town at its back. The staff also gave me 3 days of complimentary lounge access since only 1 of my suites had it already but we were a family so they gave us all access.

United StatesHighly recommend this perfect little gem in the heart of Georgetown. Location was amazing, extremely convenient to walk to all the sightseeing spots in the city. Hospitality here was unmatched. All the staff were so sweet, and they all went above and beyond in recommending us the best restaurants and attractions to visit. Included breakfast was absolutely delicious with a rotating menu (Western / Nyonya / Dim Sum). And finally the room itself - so clean and modern and so much care put into the amenities. The bath butler service was a dream! This hotel was the highlight of our stay in Malaysia and we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful pre-war row of houses converted into quaint hotel rooms. Walking distance to many food stores, food courts, eateries, and Komtar. Although it’s such a convenient location, night is peaceful and quiet. Bed is comfortable but pillows can be too soft for some. Spaces to hang out and relax in the hotel and great parking spaces too. Will definitely book here again in future.

Loved my stay at Mingle 7 Hostel! The easy self check-in was great, and having incredible local food like Char Kuey Teow and Hokkien Mee right on the doorstep was a highlight. As a prime travel spot, it's perfectly located for exploring top attractions from Komtar to Penang Hill. The ideal blend of convenience and culture—I'll definitely be back!

Despite the size of the dorm with 20 beds inside it was very cosy!! The kitchen can be used, the internet is excellent and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Toiletries and water refill are available. Super easy and fast self check-in offered. The Komtar Building is next to the hostel and nearly every bus line stops right in front of yout door. I loved my stay and even extended for a few nights - thank you so much, dear team!

The location of this property is great. It is just a short drive to George Town, Penang Street Art, and KOMTAR. Finding delicious food while staying here is not a problem at all. The location is great plus i loved the staff here as they made sure all my requests were taken care of!
