The location was great as it is in the center of Cubao inside a mall. The staff are all pleasant and helpful. The breakfast buffet was worth it. Wonderful pool view. My son had a great time indeed!

The room was very spacious and luxurious looking. complete amenities inside the unit. Secured because of the strict entry/exit policies. But the contact person was very accommodating, especially with the gatepass for the visitors. We used the room as a make up venue and it was very appropriate. The area was safe and accessible to known sites in Cubao. Thank you!

The room nightly rate is fantastic. The food is a good value. The location is not dangerous but it is always under an eL-Train bridge. If you walk into the locals basketball 🏀 game you better claim L.A. Lakers if you are smart 🤓. Stephan Curry & Golden State cannot score 3 pointers on a Aurora, Cubao hood street. Don't bring a Philly 76ers jersey in here like I did yesterday. They don't claim East Coast NBA in Philippines.

When we arrived around 2 PM, we went to check in, but the door to the room wouldn’t open. I waited for about 20 minutes. We even asked if we could be given another room, but they didn’t allow it since they said they wanted to rest already.
Then there were several brownouts — a total blackout since it was in Cubao. There was also no notice about what happened. Netflix wasn’t working either.
