PolandAn extraordinary and unique Hotel. The whole atmosphere, styling was royal and of high class. Quiet and peaceful. Especially enjoyed the restaurant and arts.The location in Sopot is perfect. Could be one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Much better than Radissons, Continentals, Marriotts or any other 4/5 star chain hotels I've been to.

United StatesEverything! I loved the room, the location, the staff, the spa that’s included with one’s stay, the breakfast, and the room service. This hotel was perfect when it rained. We enjoyed the indoor poor and got the rest and relaxation we wanted. The outside beach chairs were lovely too. I’d definitely stay here again.

This aquapark needs renovation so badly. To start with, half of the lockers was not working. Inside the park everything is very old and used.
Sunbeds to lie down in the park, are used very badly, part of them are diferent colours and types, few broken. And there are not enouth of them.
Tyles in most of pools are a bit broken.
One of three jacuzzi's in the pool area is not working properly, not doing ant bubbles. In fact, all 3 jacuzzis are too cold to soke in for longer time.
Staff in the reception did not seem very happy with her work :)
All in all it was a waste of money and time. For family of 3 in the pool zone we paid over 100€. We did not even took the whole 3 hours time, because it was the worst experience in the water park we ever had.
