MalaysiaThe staff were great. All very attentive to help and were with smiles all the time. The receptionist and the kitchen team were much appreciated. Food for breakfast were plenty. with usual Arab style breakfast food which is great as I am in Saudi Arabia, i love appreciate the local food as well. The room I got was upgraded to the Haram View room and the view was amazing.

An excellent hotel. The reception staff were quick and efficient, and I checked into my room early. The location is very close to the Haram, and the service is outstanding. There's no crowding in the elevators, and the breakfast is wonderful. I recommend it to everyone; it's better than all the other hotels in the Abraj Al Bait complex.
