Saudi ArabiaI liked the room , it was so clean and I felt really comfortable there. Staff are friendly. The restaurant was perfect. It introduced various dishes. Chef Walid is a second to none. The atmosphere was charming.
The area that they should give extra care of is their offer of water, tea, and other things for their guests.
Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Essam, the reservation manager for his professionalism and his excellent attitude.

Staff went out of their way to be of service, special call out to Faisal in reception and Saddiq in Concierge. Restaurant staff were very professional and efficient. Great modern restaurants within very short walk from hotel.
Hope to return at stay at Voco again.
