It was a very cozy hotel with a very nice, old school atmosphere. I walked everywhere from the hotel so I would say for someone active and enjoys working, it is a great location. The single room is indeed perfect for a short solo trip.

A magic experience in Gothenburg! Dorsia Hotel & Restaurant – theatrical glamour where you are treated like royalty! Dorsia may be an exclusive boutique hotel, but it feels more like a palace as you could see on my attached photos. The storybook-style is really impressive! Each room is different. Our cool room (no 303) was very well appointed and spacious, equipped with everything you could want and plenty of towels. Scrupulously clean and perhaps the most comfortable bed for any hotel I have visited! The buffet breakfast was outstanding. Having visited some of the Worlds' finest hotels, I can confidently say that Dorsia ranks among the greatest. Dorsia is member of “Small luxury hotels of the world” for a reason. A huge congratulation to the whole team at Dorsia and keep up the hard work I know it is to keep a high service level like this! Are you looking for a magic experience in Gothenburg – Dorsia is the one you are looking for. It is not cheap, but you get good value for money! Highly recommended! Very individual, with attention to detail, we enjoyed comfort in the Beatles room - it was relaxing and will be remembered very much. I love the hotel overall! Staff were friendly and helpful. Foods have lots of options, even their drinks. And it's all scrumptious. The location is near the tram station and bus stops. There's restaurants nearby the hotel. There's a free refill station to get water, and coffee and tea are all available any time. There's also some baked goods for fika!

    For us the hotel's location was great - it wasn't right in the center of town but still close enough that you could walk there in 20 minutes. Also a 20 minute walk to Liseberg. They offer parking spots in the courtyard and a garage (both with extra fees), which was a great for us to have. We also really enjoyed being able to play pool and ping pong in the basement. As a family of 4 we booked a family room which was of great size and overall comfortable.

    I am always delighted with really close distance to Gothenburg's city centre by car. It's a perfect hostel for people travelling by car, because of quite big parking area and close distance to attractions like Fish Church (Feskekyrka), Liseberg, The Volvo Museum.

    I slept in 8-people dorm room. Beds were quite confortable and there were locker rooms to store personal things (bring you own lockpad). The quality of sleep of course depends on how noisy are your roommates, as in every hostel. Common toilets were clean and weren't too crowded (although I was there when there were few clients) The position is good, the hostel is in front of Liseberg park and close to Universeum and Gothia towers - about 30 min by walk or 10 min by tram from the city centre.

    A great place for a short overnight stay in Gothenburg. Location close to the Liseberg amusement park. The Haga was also not far away, you can take a pleasant walk. Delicious breakfasts at an affordable price were served next to the hotel. There were towels, duvets, wifi and TV.
