Relaxed and friendly staff. Plenty of space and seating at breakfast. Generally brekfast buffets tend to feel hectic. Not here. Despite being fully booked it was a relaxed experience. The 12th floor relax area was a neat experience. A beautifully designed hotel.

Nice and clean. The fridge in the room was a bonus and the free breakfast we got was very good.

Very good value for money, clean hotel with friendly staff. needed to depart early so was provided with a takeaway breakfast.
