I genuinely appreciate the effort of the staff for the surprise card and gift for my partner's birthday. Shout out to all the amazing staff of Amethyst Hotel. You guys did a very good job! My partner and I loved how welcoming everyone in the hotel, always with smile and willing to help. We love our room and most importantly the amazing bathtub. Rooms are spotless, very clean and very cozy. Looks like a very brand new room. The rooftop swimming pool was very good place to relax. The location is walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Overall, we are very pleased in everything. Thank you and we highly recommend this hotel.

Nueng, Focus and Beam - the wonderful fairies at the reception desk made me feel safe and happy during my stay. The room was perfect, so was the pool, where I loved to hang out. At Mind bistro was also excellent with fabulous staff. ARDEN made my Pattaya-week. Thank you so much, my fairies!

The whole resort is kept fantastically well. Maintenance is superb. (and there is what shortens at most hotels in Thailand) The staff (reception, roommaids, concierges, waitresses at breakfast etc.) is extremely helpful and friendly, and for a regular guest (as I am) they really will go the extra mile. Breakfast is second to none...!!

Absolutely fabulous hotel . Staff were outstanding , really interested in hearing feedback. Proper 5 star hotel. I had a suite in the Wave property which was huge.

Beautiful view of the pier from the room. It’s very close to the Bali Hai Pier. We had a ferry to Koh Larn island the next day and simply walked to the pier. There is a 7 eleven beside it and it’s also very close to the Walking Street if you want to experience the nightlife and try out different restaurants.

Staff was nice and helpful, they agreed to keep my main luggage a longer time in case I would spend a night on Koh Larn with just a backpack. Room was nicely done with spacious bathroom and enough space to put my things. And of course great location, and suprisingly quiet given the proximity to the walking street. Very close to the Bali Hai Pier to jump on a boat to Koh Larn.
