Beware of the ferry staff telling you to purchase tickets for the taxi...you will pay more. When you arrive there are so many taxis that you can easily negotiate a bargain. And it's really close to the old town.

I rate this property as outstanding and give 5 stars in terms of a friendly welcome, extremely helpful with trips and local knowledge and having an excellent location near Rassada Pier. The room was large, clean and comfortable (superior apartment). I pre-arranged the owner to meet me at the airport to taxi me back. I felt very safe. She took me to a money exchange on the way. She is trustworthy and reliable. I recommend Pek House unreservedly.

To begin with most friendly staff ever, beautiful resort and beautiful rooms. Location was slightly away from most things but was perfect for us as a quiet getaway and not too far from the Rassada pier which we had to go to in the morning. Great value for money would 1000% stay again.

Overall a decent hotel. Value for money. We stayed here for proximity to Rassada Pier for onward travel to the outlying islands.
Staff were always very helpful and friendly.
3 pools are great and well maintained.
Food at restaurant was good
Overall hotel is past it's prime and needs some maintenance but nothing that really caused any issues.
Area around hotel is nothing special but if you stay in the resort then ok.

I recommend staying for 1 night in this hostel to walk around the Old Town. It is convenient to get to Bus Terminals 1 and 2, Rassada Pier. The staff was polite and friendly. Soap accessories were in the shower.

Close to Old Town Phuket. Room was very quiet despite the Water Festival Celebrations out in the streets. Perfect base for a short stay. A very short taxi ride to Rassada Pier for boats on to the islands.

Great hotel for rooms, service, clean and modern and a fresh break from any more island living style accomodation. Lovely design of building and the rooms are spacious. Fab rooftop pool and sunbathing area. Great location for Rassada Pier to either use location for day trips or stay over before you go on to islands for other holidays. Staff at the Concierge were also great. Generous breakfast. Beds were SOOOOOO comfy.
