CanadaThe staff were amazing -- examples include when my wife and I came in soaking wet from the rain, they brought us to the restaurant and offered us biscuits and tea; plus twice they accompanied me to the pharmacy when I had injured my foot. They treat their guests as family. Vintage historic palace property. Great location close to medina. Great onsite restaurant with attentive and caring server/ manager. Buffet breakfast was very good, as was the spa.
