We were looking for hotel optional tours, and Jay Zhang volunteered to bring us around to explore Xitou/Nantou, with a reasonable charge. He was really amazing. He's a hotel executive which is also the hotel tour guide. Very knowledgeable. Well worth and super thankful for the short guide which gave us more insights of the little area. Its very value for money.
Strongly recommend to stay at this hotel to enjoy the best of everything. Its walking distance to Xitou Educational Area.

United StatesBeautiful room, clean and comfortable. Nice, well maintained facility, great breakfast and dinner buffet with live band performance 6:30-7:30 pm! Easy walk to the entrance of the forest park. Staffs are always friendly. Offers (paid, not free) shuttle services to the Taichung high speed rail station. It is very convenient and cost effective - no need to rent a car to drive up the mountain.
