    This was a solid capsule-style hostel. The best part is the staff, they are so helpful and knowledgable (helping me figure out the shuttle.) Sun Moon Lake can feel very touristy, but this space has a very nice, warm feeling. I did not shower here (lol) but they do rent towels, which I still used. The communal fridge and kitchen is helpful too, but does get a little crowded. It feels more community-driven than some of the big hotel spaces.

    A lovely lake level balcony room at this friendly, family run hotel was the highlight of our time in Sun Moon Lake. Just sitting out there and listening g to the gentle so sho g of the waves and watching life unfold on the lake is the best activity for this special area.

    Very comfortable and cool hotel. The balcony and the view angle is extremely well designed, you feel like you're in the middle of a lake and forest without seeing any disturbing buildings. Strongly recommended if you plan to stay in Sun Moon Lake.

    The location of the property is exceptional especially the view of the harbour from the room. It's close proximity to the night market. Most importantly, the hospitality offered by the staff and Ms. Chen at reception. The tea tasting session offered by the hotel. Speak to the hotel and they can get you taxi services for exploring the local hotspot with very good, friendly and professional drivers. Next time I'm in sun moon lake, I'll rebook at this property

    I love the location! I’ve been to Sun Moon Lake 3 times and all three I stayed at this hotel. It’s near the dock where you can easily access and walk the trail along the lake. The views are stunning and the hotel is very clean and well maintained. I also enjoy the huge variety of breakfast options.

    The staff at this hotel are amazing. Our hostess gave us great advice for visiting the main attractions and Wayne, our host, must be an institution at Sun Moon lake as every morning he takes guests to a beautiful short cycling tour. We truly appreciated their commitment and the guidance they provided. Breakfast was authentic and good. The central location was easy to find and easy to reach.

    The room was very good comfortable beds The view from the room was very nice, the staff were very helpful and friendly. It is located a 10-15 min bus ride from Sun Moon Lake and the staff can organise transport to the bus stop so you can get the bus to Sun Moon Lake. Its maybe a 5-10 min walk into Yuchi not many shops etc around the hotel The hotel feels new and modern. It seems to cater to the bus tour groups. Breakfast ..... not many western options (none) and some of the locals didn't seemed overly impressed

    The owner was very friendly and nice. She helped us with our luggage to get to her property, simple check in. The home hotel is in a very nice location, convenient to the Sun moon lake, the bus station, and places to eat. The breakfast was a 100 NTD for self picking up food in a 7-11 store.
