We came for our anniversary, and from arrival to leaving, the staff were super accommodating (So sorry for forgetting the names, but you know who you are!). We got early and planned to leave our bags, but the room was already ready, and no games were played - we got it much earlier, which we appreciated very much.
The rooms are beautiful and modern, the location is perfect, right in downtown, very walkable to all the main attractions. The Gym was a really great added bonus.
The hotel bar and coffee are perfect - you don't really need to find a bar when you have such cocktails and coffee right downstairs.
But really, it was all about the people. The hotel staff, the barista, the barman - You made our stay.
Highly recommended.

The staff , they were excellent . Always happy to help with any questions . Breakfast could be a little better selection but frankly for the cost it was great . The location of the hotel was excellent for first timers to Memphis . Near to Peabody ducks , Beale street . Places that tourists want to visit . We had a good full morning at hracelands then back to hotel then a share walk to Peabody and Beale street. Had an evening meal at the Brazilian meat restaurant which was excellent although I wanted to go to bbkings ( the wife won )

Cozy, functional apartment in a great location near Beale Street. Walkable to everywhere we visited on our short trip and parking included! Responsive hosts and I did get refunded the deposit quite quickly

- Location is perfect. Just between Central Station and Beale Street (5 min walk to each).
- Apartment had everything from complete kitchen, washer/dryer, dining table, to living room with TV (and we could watch the Monday Night Football too!).
- Everything functioned properly.
- Quiet period from 10 pm till morning.
- Communication with owner/manager was quick and professional.

The beds are really comfortable!! The size of the apartment was nice and spacious. The pool area was nice. We enjoyed the location as it was near lots of things to do and places to eat. They allow pets and they do not overcharge for their pet deposit. The National Civil Rights Museum is across the street and one block over there is a great BBQ spot called Central BBQ. The zoo is only 15 minutes away and Beale street is walking distance or a short drive. Check-in was relatively simple because you receive a code prior to your arrival.

The rooms were large and clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good with plenty of seating. The hotel is within walking distance to Beale Street and downtown Memphis, and offers free parking.
