Hotel staff.The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.The atmosphere and smell of the hotel entrance is very nice.The live piano performance was very nice.I was also happy that there were restaurants and everything was within walking distance around the hotel. Gym also was bonus for me.

Fantastic location on the Upper West Side. Our room was very large and had a lovely view of Lincoln Center, which was beautifully lit up at night. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We did not spend much time in the room but found it to be a great location and a perfect base for exploring. There were great restaurants within a stone’s throw.

Attended Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Shows at Lincoln Center and New York Fashion Week Shows around NYC. Everyday was a treat. …one night returning to my hotel as I was paying my cab fare coming back from Lincoln Center, a gentleman opened the door and asked if he could have my cab, I said of course, it was Armand Arsanti…he was surprised I was so gracious. Then we chatted for a short minute and took a selfie together before he got in the cab.
