Top location, spacious room, very friendly staff — they even had a welcome pack for our little one, which he really enjoyed — and the gym was exceptionally modern as well.

Great spot right in the heart of the city, close to Millennium Park, the Riverwalk, and Grant Park. The vibe is awesome, the rooms are on the smaller size but very comfy, and the staff are really friendly. There’s plenty of space to relax or get some work done, and check-in/check-out is a breeze. Overall, a total gem if you want to be in the heart of Chicago!

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. Looks amazing and iconic even from outside. Wasn't supposed to check in until 4pm and I arrived at 11am to drop by bags but the helpful receptionist said there was a room available and was willing to let me check-in early. Free upgrade to the top floor. Huge room like a suite equipped with kitchen equipment (didn't need it as wasn't cooking but nice to have). great views from the all glass window (from floor to ceiling glass). amazing huge bathroom with enormous bath and shower. Went straight to the pool, sauna and stream room to relax. Tried the hotel bar and restaurant, both good quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. Can't fault anything with my stay.

Lots to do while there, not just standing and looking at water and buildings. Be prepared for fun for children and adults. Amusement rides, museum along with plenty of eats and relax with beverages to music in The Gardens

Before covid Chicago was an amazing place to be; so much to see, do and eat. Soooo much history and the 19th century architecture is beyond beautiful. Hopefully some day I will be able to walk Michigan Ave, Navy Pier and all the amazing old neighborhoods again without the mask police around. :-)

Great location! Close to the train and bus stops to get to farther destinations. Walking distance to Navy Pier (15 min) and Riverwalk. Just an average hotel room, nothing crazy nice, but clean and simple.

The location of this hotel is central to many of the tourist sights (Navy Pier, parks, etc). It is alos within walking distance of some very good restaurants and shops along thr Magnificent Mile. The best part of this hotel is the staff, everyone was courteous and helpful no matter what the ask. I witnessed them helping out several guests and they were always courteous and helpful.

Great location, wonderful suite, Love having the living area in addition to the bedroom. Bathroom with double sinks a big plus. Walking distance to Michigan Ave, River walk, Navy Pier, and the Lake and lots of great restaurants. That was our second time there, and we will definitely be back.

Staff is exceptional. It's not a fancy hotel, but more of a modern vibe. Our suite was spotlessly clean. It was large with all the comforts of home. The location is in a more upscale area and easy walk to catch a city bus to the Shedd Aquarium or the Navy Pier. It was worth every dollar.
