I love this hotel. The location is ideal because it is just a bit out of they way from the craziness of the Magnificent Mile but still within a walkable distance. Staff is kind and helpful and the neighborhood is full of eateries and good vibes.

Lots to do while there, not just standing and looking at water and buildings. Be prepared for fun for children and adults. Amusement rides, museum along with plenty of eats and relax with beverages to music in The Gardens

Before covid Chicago was an amazing place to be; so much to see, do and eat. Soooo much history and the 19th century architecture is beyond beautiful. Hopefully some day I will be able to walk Michigan Ave, Navy Pier and all the amazing old neighborhoods again without the mask police around. :-)

Came to go to both MLB Parks. Both were on the Red Line which we caught right on the corner. Walk to Navy pier was doable and fun. Cathedral was in walking distance and used the blue line for O'Hare. Corner room and view on 19th floor were wonderful. Was perfect.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. I appreciated the common area in the middle of the suite, plus plenty of space in the room to spread out. The location is phenomenal - right next to Michigan Ave, Millennium Park, the Art Institute, and the lake between Navy Pier and Museum Campus. You have easy access to the L and Metra, too. The price is quite a steal given the location.

Very friendly hotel staff. Great location to the river, navy pier, and magnificent mile; we walked everywhere. They have valet parking $69 per night, and the valets were quick and friendly. The restaurant at the hotel is excellent, Perilla Korean American Steakhouse. We had a memorable and delicious dinner.
