    Great if you have kids who like amusements.

    Great if you have kids who like amusements. Amusements did not have great hours. I wanted to play some games at the arcades. Wanted to get change to play the games and was told there was no one on staff to do this. And I would have to use a credit card. All the gift shops were the same; no variety. Difficult to find a sitdown restaurant; a lot of quickie places. Many places not open. I parked on the main road and got a ticket because I didn't realize that you had to pay for the meter at one central location. Signage was poor.

    We really enjoyed our stay! Ann was really helpful to us. We rented a little cottage and loved having our own backyard and private hot tub. It was great because Old Orchard Beach is so crowded; it was nice to have a private place to come back to and relax. Also, the bed was very comfortable.

    Really cute hotel that is right on the beach. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were wonderful… all super nice and helpful. Hotel was renovated a couple years ago and is being kept in very good condition. There are several restaurants within walking distance and it’s very easy to reach Portland within about 15-20 minutes. Highly recommend this hotel for a lovely stay in Old Orchard Beach.
